Polycarp is a talented tailor from Kisumu in Nyamza province, Western Kenya. He taught tailoring for several years before he decided to establish his own business. The quality of his work is excellent. Expanding Opportunities is pleased to be one of his first customers.
This cotton dress jacket has long sleeves, lightly padded shoulders, front pockets and is lined. It measures 17.5" from shoulder to shoulder, 35" from shoulder to hem and 21" across chest. Sleeves measure 24" and the dress has fabric front buttons.
