Refunds will be issued in the manner payment was submitted. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued to your card. All check and money order payments will be refunded with a check from Expanding Opportunities (the parent organization).

Item exchanges will transpire as soon as return merchandise is received and any differences in item pricing have been resolved. In the event that the item you requested is out of stock, we will notify you immediately.

Please do not return your item until you have received a confirmation email from 1st African Clothing with your RMA and instructions for returning your item.
